Deleting your Trecurio account

You can delete your account and all data yourself, without contacting us. The operation is immediate and irreversible.

1. In the app (recommended)

Open Settings (icon on the profile screen).
Scroll to the Account section and choose Delete account.
Confirm twice — after the second confirmation the account is gone immediately.

2. What gets deleted

The account, all journal entries, photos, voice recordings, audio narrations, chat conversations, notes and settings. Technical AI call logs are detached from your identity (anonymous). Database backups expire within 30 days.

3. Without access to the app

Write from the e-mail address linked to the account to contact@trecurio.com with the subject "Account deletion" — we will delete the account manually and confirm within 14 days.
