Trecurio Terms of Service (beta)

Trecurio is a mobile app — a travel journal with an AI guide. The beta is provided free of charge, for testing purposes, on an "as is" basis. Features may change and service availability is not guaranteed.

An account is required, created with an e-mail address and a password; the beta does not offer Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time in the app — your data is deleted with it (details in the privacy policy).

Photos, recordings and notes remain yours. You grant us a licence only to the extent needed to run the service (storage, AI analysis, narration synthesis). We do not publish your content and do not use it to train our own models.

Descriptions and answers are AI-generated and may be wrong. Do not treat them as advice (e.g. about sightseeing safety). You are responsible for decisions made based on them.

Daily limits apply to AI features (the app will tell you when they run out). It is prohibited to: circumvent limits or security measures, use the app for unlawful content, attempt to extract other users' data, or automate calls outside the app.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

Trecurio is currently provided as a beta version. The beta may include usage limits (e.g. daily caps on photo recognitions, questions asked about a place, and narration playbacks), may be unstable, may contain bugs, and some features may be temporarily unavailable or may not work at all. Use of the beta version is at the user's own risk and does not give rise to any claims.

Access to the beta version is by invitation. Signing up to the waitlist does not guarantee access — we send invitations to participants qualified for the programme, and we may limit the number of places and end the programme at any time.

While the programme runs we may contact you by e-mail about the testing under way — to ask for your impressions, to send a short survey, or to ask for details of a problem you reported. Taking part is voluntary and is not a condition of access to the app, and you can opt out of such messages by writing to us.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the beta, including incorrect AI content, downtime or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights under mandatory law.
